When you use our service, we automatically collect: device information, IP address, app usage data, and interaction logs. If you purchase a genomic analysis product, we process DNA data you submit via a mailed kit , this data is used exclusively to generate your personalized fitness and nutrition recommendations.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: - Calculate your BMR, TDEE, and custom macro targets - Generate personalized workout and meal plans - Adjust recommendations based on your activity logging and progress tracking - Enable coach and nutritionist consultations - Process shop orders and bookings - Send transactional emails (OTP, password reset, booking confirmations) - Improve our recommendation algorithms We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers hosted in secure data centers. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Password hashes use bcrypt with a cost factor of 12. DNA and genomic data is stored separately from your profile identifiers and is never shared with insurance companies, employers, or third-party marketers.
