Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using UFitPal ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and UFitPal.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials - Providing accurate and truthful information in your profile - All activity that occurs under your account - Notifying us immediately of unauthorized account access You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you need parental consent.

Service Description

UFitPal provides AI-powered fitness and nutrition recommendations based on user-provided data, optional demographic information, and (where purchased) genomic analysis. Recommendations are informational and educational , they are not medical advice, and should not replace professional medical consultation. Features include: personalized BMR/TDEE calculation, macro targets, weekly workout programming, activity/nutrition/progress logging, coach and nutritionist booking, community forums, and the UFitPal shop.

Genomic Analysis Terms

If you purchase the Genomic Deep Report: - You will receive a DNA collection kit - You authorize us to process your DNA sample for the specific SNP markers offered (FTO, ACTN3, MTHFR, VDR, CYP1A2, LCT) - Your raw genetic data is not shared with third parties - Results are for informational and educational purposes only , not diagnostic - The lab pipeline is under active development; you will receive lifetime access to results once the pipeline is operational

Payments & Subscriptions

Paid features require a subscription or one-time purchase. All prices are in AED (UAE Dirham). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: - Use the Service for any illegal purpose - Attempt to access another user's account - Submit false or misleading information - Harass, abuse, or harm other users - Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service - Use automated bots or scripts without our written permission

Limitation of Liability

UFitPal provides recommendations based on available scientific literature. Individual results may vary. We are not liable for: - Any injuries sustained during workouts - Any adverse effects from dietary changes - Any decisions made based on our recommendations - Service interruptions or data loss The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
